At ELEA COUTURE, every gown is selected or created with exceptional attention to detail. To ensure a refined and transparent experience for every client, we kindly ask that you review our store policies before completing your purchase or placing a custom order.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made at ELEA COUTURE are considered final sale. Due to the delicate and special-occasion nature of our gowns, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the gown, size, fit, colour, and condition before finalizing their purchase.

Ready-to-Wear Gowns

Our ready-to-wear collection is available for purchase directly from the boutique. Clients are encouraged to try on and carefully inspect their selected gown prior to purchase. Once a ready-to-wear gown has been purchased and leaves the boutique, the sale is final and the gown cannot be returned or exchanged. Any alterations requested after purchase are considered separate services and may be subject to additional charges.

Custom & Made-to-Order Gowns

Custom and made-to-order gowns are created specifically for each client based on the selected design, measurements, specifications, fabrics, colours, and agreed details. Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded. Changes requested after the order has been confirmed may not always be possible. Where possible, additional changes may result in additional charges and/or changes to the estimated completion date.

Measurements & Fittings

Measurements for custom gowns are taken during the client's fitting appointment and are used as the basis for creating the gown. Clients are responsible for informing ELEA COUTURE of any significant changes that may affect their measurements or fit. ELEA COUTURE cannot be responsible for changes in a client's body measurements after measurements have been taken or after production has begun. Alterations required due to changes in measurements may be available at an additional cost.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm a custom or made-to-order gown. All deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and production has begun. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

Alterations

Alterations are not automatically included in the purchase price unless specifically stated at the time of purchase. Where alteration services are provided or arranged by ELEA COUTURE, the cost and estimated completion time will be discussed with the client separately.

Colour & Handcrafted Details

Due to the nature of fabrics, embroidery, beadwork, lace, and other handcrafted details, slight variations may occur between samples, photographs, and the finished gown. These subtle variations are part of the individual craftsmanship of each piece and are not considered defects.

Order Completion & Pickup

Clients will be contacted when their gown is ready for fitting or collection. Custom and made-to-order completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the design, materials, alterations, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. We recommend placing custom orders well in advance of the client's event date.

Appointments & Walk-Ins

ELEA COUTURE welcomes both appointments and walk-in clients. Appointments are recommended for clients seeking a dedicated consultation, custom gown service, or fitting. We kindly ask clients with scheduled appointments to arrive on time and notify us as early as possible if they need to reschedule.

Quality & Care

Every gown should be handled and stored with care. Once a gown has been collected or leaves the boutique, ELEA COUTURE is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, cleaning, alterations performed by third parties, or normal wear.

Policy Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, paying a deposit, or confirming a custom or made-to-order gown with ELEA COUTURE, the client acknowledges and accepts the applicable terms of this Store Policy.
